Services Online Accounting

This is a new service we are currently developing. Clients will use accountancy software (Sage 50) that is run on an internet platform thereby giving them remote access. There are a number of benefits arising from this, some of which are listed below. Some benefits of online accounting:

• Anyone authorised to do so can access the software from anywhere, providing there is an internet connection. Staff can work from home.
• As your accountant we can make postings and carry out bank reconciliations without having to come to your office.
• A monthly charging structure based on your usage of the software with no additional upgrade license fees.
• No need for daily back ups, although you can back up to your own server/PC if you wish.
